About the Role
We’re looking for a Head of Partnerships who’s ready to take ownership of CLER’s global growth, expanding into new markets, building strong channel networks, and scaling our hardware presence worldwide.

This isn’t a strategy-only role. You’ll be hands-on with the full go-to-market motion: from identifying opportunities and shaping partnerships to closing deals and building the infrastructure that fuels our expansion.

If you’ve helped take a hardware product from pilot to market, working with distributors, resellers, and integration partners, you’ll feel right at home here. You’ll be a key player in shaping how CLER reaches and scales across markets, directly partnering with leadership to write the next chapters of our growth story.



What You’ll Be Doing

  • Sales & GTM Ownership: Lead the full commercial cycle, from market mapping and pipeline generation to negotiation and closing, across both enterprise and channel partners.
  • Channel & Partner Development: Build, onboard, and grow strategic relationships with distributors, resellers, and integrators that accelerate CLER’s reach.

  • Market Expansion: Identify and prioritize target regions and industries, crafting and executing GTM strategies that drive adoption and revenue.

  • Optimization & Scaling: Analyze performance across channels and territories, improving processes, conversion, and partner efficiency.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with our direct sales, product, marketing, and leadership to align on messaging, demos, and tools that resonate with customers and partners.

  • Playbook Design: Create repeatable, scalable GTM-partnerships frameworks that can be rolled out as we expand globally.


Who You Are

  • 3–5+ years of experience in hardware sales, channel management, or partnership roles, ideally in B2B tech or connected devices.
  • Proven track record of building and managing reseller/distributor networks and driving growth through partners.

  • Confident running end-to-end sales cycles — from prospecting to closing — with both enterprise and channel stakeholders.

  • Strong strategic mindset with a builder mentality — you know how to structure, test, and scale new markets.

  • Data-driven, analytical, and process-oriented — but also scrappy, fast, and comfortable in startup chaos.

  • Excited to roll up your sleeves and build something big from the ground up with a small, world-class team.
