About the Role

As Growth Hacker at CLER, you will own the execution of growth experiments, lifecycle marketing and funnel optimization across our markets. Your mission is to accelerate customer acquisition and activation through rapid testing, automation and smart, data-driven marketing.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll run fast experiments, improve conversions and activate leads, working closely with sales and marketing to turn insights into measurable growth.

What you will be doing

  • Run rapid weekly growth experiments across channels, landing pages and messaging
  • Improve conversion across the funnel: from ad click to paying customer
  • Build and optimise landing pages (Framer/Webflow) and run CRO tests
  • Implement and scale marketing automation: email flows, lifecycle campaigns, activation and nurture
  • Support paid acquisition by running experiments and optimising key steps, not owning full budgets
  • Identify and validate scalable channels to reach B2B buyers in each market
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging, content and GTM to ensure consistent funnel performance
  • Work closely with sales to increase lead activation and shorten sales cycles
  • Analyse performance and own dashboards for key growth KPIs (activation rates, conversion rates, CAC drivers)

Whom are we looking for

  • 2–3 years experience in growth/performance/lifecycle/CRM roles
  • Strong analytical mindset with a bias for experimentation
  • Comfortable running tests independently in tools like GA, Framer, CRM etc.
  • Hands-on doer who iterates fast, learns fast, and doesn’t wait for perfect inputs
  • Experience with automation and lifecycle marketing
  • Experience with paid channels is a plus, not a requirement
