We are looking for a highly motivated CLIMATE STRATEGY AND SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT (F/D/M). You’ll work closely with our Sales and Impact Team in a collaborative, fast-moving, VC-funded startup.

YOUR MISSION
  • Provide expert guidance to leading enterprises on developing and evaluating lasting science-backed strategies for beyond value chain mitigation.
  • Work with sustainability leaders of global enterprises to develop and shape comprehensive, executive-level solution strategies that drive both pre- and post-sales engagements.
  • Create and propose high-integrity carbon credit portfolios that meet the needs of current and new customers, leading to impactful climate action.
  • Lead strategic client workshops with current and new customers to develop long lasting relationships and drive account expansion.
  • Establish expert content for client-facing materials, actively shaping the quality and positioning of CEEZER’s offering.
  • Collaborate closely with:
    • The Impact & Risk team to ensure expert knowledge and to have an accurate understanding of the available supply.
    • The Product team to ensure the latest product innovation is positioned effectively.
    • The Sales team, engaging in account strategy and deal review sessions, as well as internal commercial meetings to ensure alignment. Support with RFP responses.
  • Become a recognized thought leader and represent CEEZER at influential industry and local conferences, engaging in PR activities such as interviews, podcasts, and webinars.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • Previous experience in strategy consulting and engaging with senior or executive level stakeholders of leading enterprises across a range of industries.
  • Previous experience in sustainability consulting, ideally related to the voluntary carbon market.
  • Previous experience translating and communicating complex, technical knowledge to different target audiences.
  • Strong customer and result orientation with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English, other languages are a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
