Role Overview
We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing People Team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and highly organised coordinator to support a wide range of recruitment activity across the business.
You will play a key role in helping us scale by supporting hiring for both our contracted Faculty Trainers and our core business roles, adapting your focus based on organisational priorities. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager, you'll be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment where requirements can shift, and collaboration across the Talent team is key.

Key responsibilities:
- Recruitment support (early stages): Support the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager by owning key early-stage recruitment tasks for assigned roles.
- Posting new roles: Post and manage engaging job descriptions via our Applicant Tracking System.
- Candidate shortlisting and sourcing: Perform initial CV reviews and shortlist direct applications. Conduct proactive candidate searches, primarily on LinkedIn Recruiter, with guidance from the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager.
- Virtual screening: Conduct early-stage screening interviews via Google Meet and review one-way video interviews, to help identify high-calibre candidates for the next interview stage.
- Interview scheduling and coordination: Manage scheduling for multiple interviews, acting as the primary point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience.
- Candidate experience and pipeline management: Manage the candidate pipeline within the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring all candidates receive timely communication and a positive, engaging experience from initial contact through all stages of the hiring process.
- Proactive talent pipelining: Help build and nurture a talent pipeline for future roles by conducting market mapping and candidate outreach, guided by the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager.
- System administration: Maintain the Applicant Tracking System with accuracy, ensuring compliance and clean data for reporting and analytics.
Candidate Specification:
Essential
- Demonstrable, hands-on experience in a dedicated recruitment or Talent Acquisition role.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume coordination and administrative tasks.
- Experience in supporting early-stage recruitment processes for standard roles.
- Experience in candidate sourcing support (especially LinkedIn Recruiter), CV screening, interview coordination and pipeline management.
- Experience in supporting recruitment of freelance or contractor positions.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, scale-up environment.
- A proactive, positive attitude toward change.
- Solutions focussed problem solver with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to candidates and senior stakeholders.
- Solid working experience managing an Applicant Tracking System to process candidates efficiently.
- Experience in or understanding of the tech space.
- Experience using AI tools.

- Experience or a strong understanding of the Apprenticeships landscape.
