Role Overview:
As an EPA Co-Ordinator at Cambridge Spark, you will be a key part of the success of the EPA function in our busy Operations team. This will involve acting as a trusted partner with our compliance and delivery teams, and working closely with learners as they approach the end of their apprenticeship journeys. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that EPA submissions are timely, complete and geared for success, as well as providing gold standard customer service to a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring that we meet our targets for timely, accurate gateway submissions, acting as a link between learners and our internal delivery and compliance teams
- Acting as a first point of contact for learner queries around logistical aspects of the process
- Working with our external End Point Assessment Providers to ensure that assessment runs seamlessly and any issues are quickly addressed
- Being a trusted internal voice for queries around the process
Candidate Specification:
Essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience of customer service in a relevant sector (further / higher education, training)
- Ability to work accurately at high speed and high volume, maintaining good attention to detail
- An entrepreneurial spirit: acting proactively to fix issues, suggest improvements and provide the best possible service
Desirable
- Experience with using a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce etc.)
- Previous experience in the apprenticeship or further education sector
- Experience with End Point Assessment processes
