What You’ll Do
- Process and analyze complex datasets from biological, biochemical, and omics experiments on human brain organoids, uncovering patterns to inform drug discovery and safety testing.
- Develop and maintain robust data systems that support high-throughput analysis and data-driven decision-making for internal research and customer projects.
- Utilize a range of methods including - computer vision, machine learning, artificial intelligence, neural networks, and other data-intensive approaches — to enhance analysis and modeling processes, selecting the best method to analyze data effectively.

What You Bring
- MSc. with relevant experience or a Ph.D in Data Science, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or a related field, with a passion for biological research and neuroscience.
- Experience in building data infrastructure and analytical workflows for large, complex datasets.
- Proficiency in Python and/or R, with a focus on handling biological data and gene expression analysis.
- Familiarity with machine learning, AI, and neural networks, and the ability to apply these tools to solve complex data challenges.
- Strong collaborative skills and a passion for turning data into actionable insights that drive medical research forward.
- An independent mindset and curiosity to explore your own ideas in data analysis.

Work Location
We are located in Stockholm, Sweden, and while flexible working arrangements are available, key collaborations will require some in-person presence on an as-needed basis.
