About the role

In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of HR functions in a dynamic and growing environment. We're looking for an ambitious HR student to join us part-time in our People & Culture team. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and excited about contributing to everything from recruitment to employee engagement, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What you’ll get to do

• HR Administration: Update employee records, prepare HR documentation, and maintain employee data. This includes drafting agreements, as well as supporting preboarding and onboarding processes.

• Recruitment Assistance: Contribute to job postings, candidate coordination, and communications throughout the hiring process.

• Collaborative Projects: Support broader People & Culture initiatives — from onboarding improvements to employee engagement — reporting directly to our Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO).

Who’ll you’ll get to work with

This role sits in the People & Culture Team within Blykalla, and reports to the Chief People & Culture Officer. You'll work closely alongside our recruiters and HR Partner in a diverse team that is passionate about our work and about building a great workplace.

Who you are

You will be part of a highly skilled team with a can-do attitude. We value personnel chemistry and strive to create a workplace where you enjoy coming to. There are, however, a few things that we think will help you succeed in this role:

• Currently pursuing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• A genuine interest in AI tools and a willingness to develop your skills in this area

• Willingness to be on-site at least 1–2 times per week for a few hours to handle office responsibilities

• Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
