About the role

Following our successful expansion into the U.S. and continued growth across Europe, we are seeking Graduate Trainees to join our first Graduate Rotation Program from our Barcelona & Austin hubs.

Working alongside teams across Biorce, you will gain hands-on experience, contribute to real projects and explore how different functions come together to help make clinical trials better and faster. The program is designed to help you build practical skills, discover your strengths and take your first steps in a career where AI meets patient care.

Rotations may include Commercial, Engineering, Scientific, Product, Operations and Marketing, with the opportunity to learn from colleagues across different disciplines.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for curious, proactive recent graduates who are excited to learn and ready to get involved. You don’t need to have your whole career mapped out, but you should bring an interest in AI, a desire to improve patients’ lives and the willingness to try something new.

You’re someone who asks thoughtful questions, follows through on commitments and enjoys solving problems with others. We’re interested in your potential and how you approach challenges, not a long list of previous job titles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to day-to-day work and projects within your rotation teams.
• Learn how different functions collaborate to develop and deliver Biorce’s products and services.
• Research topics, analyse information and share findings that help your team make decisions.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, communicate progress and ask for support when needed.
• Bring fresh ideas and identify opportunities to improve how things are done.
• Seek feedback, apply what you learn and build your skills throughout the program.

Requirements

✅ Must-Haves

• A recently completed bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• An interest in AI and its potential to improve healthcare and clinical research.
• Clear communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate with an international team.
• A proactive approach to learning, problem-solving and taking responsibility.
• Flexibility to work across different teams and adapt to new tasks and priorities.
• Availability to work from our Barcelona hub.
