About the role

Who We're Looking For:
A technical PM who's comfortable in the weeds of data and engineering work, not just running standups. This person should be able to translate technical complexity into clear plans everyone can actually execute against.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end project planning and delivery for the data team's roadmap
- Translate technical requirements into clear milestones, timelines, and ownership
- Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and blockers before they cause delays
- Run a lightweight, high-signal process - no unnecessary process overhead
- Report progress and risk clearly to leadership
- Partner closely with engineering, data, and scientific stakeholders
✅ Must-haves
- 5+ years managing technical/data projects, ideally in a startup or fast-scaling environment
- Comfortable reading technical specs and having real conversations with engineers about tradeoffs
- Strong organizational skills without becoming a bottleneck
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
✨ Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in healthtech, life sciences, or regulated data environments
- Familiarity with Snowflake, data pipelines, or clinical data standards
- PMP or equivalent certification (not required - real experience matters more)
