About the role

Following our continued growth across the US and Europe, we are seeking a Business Performance Lead to join our Business Operations team, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Operational Excellence.

As the core engine behind our data architecture, BI infrastructure, and performance analytics, you'll sit at the intersection of business strategy, data engineering, and operational execution. Your mandate is to translate complex operational data into actionable business intelligence, building high-leverage data pipelines, executive dashboards, and analytics frameworks that give leadership real-time, data-driven visibility as we scale globally.

This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how the company measures, reports on, and acts on its own performance, working directly with executive leadership across our global hubs.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a BizOps or Business Performance professional with a measurement-first mindset, someone who sets clear baselines, maps value streams, and defines metrics before jumping to solutions. You bring pragmatic instincts for automation, comfortable applying low-code tools, modern SaaS, and AI integrations to strip out manual work without compromising compliance.

You combine strong quantitative and systems skills (SQL, financial and operational modeling, BI platforms) with the executive presence to advise and challenge senior leaders, drive organizational change, and manage operations spanning the US and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Performance & Optimize Workflows: Map and audit cross-functional processes end to end, using operational baselines like cycle times, touch times, and error rates to cut out inefficiencies.
  • Roll Out Smart Automation: Deploy automation strategies using low-code tools, modern SaaS, and GenAI to strip away manual work across teams without compromising compliance.
  • Set Global Standards: Establish clear SLAs, operational benchmarks, and escalation paths across our global hubs to keep execution sharp as we expand.
  • Own the Metric Dictionary: Manage and maintain our centralized Metric Dictionary, establishing a single source of truth across the organization for unit economics, throughput, and key performance indicators.
  • Build Reporting Foundations: Partner with other departments to build simple, robust reporting structures and interim pipelines where needed.
  • Design Executive Dashboards: Design and manage executive dashboard suites that give leadership real-time visibility into performance.
  • Lead the OKR Framework: Run our company-wide OKR framework to keep team-level goals directly connected to high-level strategy.
  • Run Executive Review Cadences: Lead monthly performance check-ins and QBRs to track progress, address bottlenecks, and keep teams accountable.
  • Drive Root-Cause Analysis: Jump into underperforming areas, run clear root-cause analyses, and pitch practical, data-backed solutions straight to executive leadership.
  • Lead Strategic Projects: Own key cross-functional projects, from procurement savings and international resource planning to audit and compliance prep.
  • Document & Enable Scale: Write practical operational playbooks and standard guides so new teams, regions, and initiatives can launch quickly and scale smoothly.
  • Manage Change & Adoption: Own change management and training plans to ensure teams actually adopt new processes and automations for the long run.

Must-haves

  • 5+ years in BizOps, Business Performance, Strategy & Operations, or Management Consulting in high-growth scale-ups.
  • Demonstrated rigor in baseline setting, value-stream mapping, and defining metrics before attempting process optimization.
  • Proven capability applying low-code tools (Zapier, Make), SaaS tools, and AI integrations while observing regulatory/quality boundaries.
  • Robust quantitative capabilities, including SQL, operational/financial modeling, and BI platforms such as Tableau or Looker.
  • Thorough grasp of system integrations and workflow design.
  • Outstanding communication in English, with the poise to advise and challenge senior leaders and steer organizational change.
  • Experience managing operations spanning the US and Europe.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in Healthtech, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
  • Background in management consulting with international client delivery.
  • Hands-on experience leading procurement, audit, or compliance-prep projects.
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks and training program design.

Why Join Us?

  • A dynamic work environment with an international team, where collaboration and diversity thrive.
  • Work alongside top talent, united by a shared purpose and committed to making a real impact.
  • Direct visibility into executive decision-making and the levers shaping Biorce's global operations.
  • Comprehensive private health coverage to ensure your physical and mental well-being.
  • Hybrid work model offering flexibility to balance your professional and personal life.
  • Company events to celebrate achievements and enjoy time together.
  • Get equipped with a MacBook to enhance your productivity and work experience.
