About the role
Following our continued growth across the United States, we are seeking a Director / Senior Director of Clinical Solutions (Business Development) to help drive our commercial expansion across the U.S., with a specific focus on mid-market, emerging biotech, and growth-stage pharmaceutical companies.
As our Director of Clinical Solutions, you’ll be a critical member of our commercial team, responsible for driving growth across a high-potential portfolio of pharmaceutical and biotech organizations, building senior-level relationships, and positioning Biorce as a category leader in AI for clinical development. This is a high-impact sales role that combines strategy, business development, and client relationship management, with significant opportunity for career growth as our U.S. footprint expands.
Who We're Looking For
A commercially sharp seller with deep credibility across the U.S. pharmaceutical, biotech, and clinical technology ecosystem. Someone who understands clinical development, can quickly identify where Biorce can create value, and has the network and commercial instincts to open doors and convert opportunities.
This person should be comfortable operating with full autonomy — owning a defined territory and book of accounts, generating their own pipeline, managing a high volume of commercial opportunities, and building trusted relationships with senior decision makers across emerging and mid-sized pharmaceutical organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation through negotiation and deal closure with mid-market, emerging biotech, and pharmaceutical organizations across the U.S.
- Responsibility for hitting quarterly and annual targets and consistently delivering against ambitious commercial goals.
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies tailored to mid-market and emerging pharma, in collaboration with the Chief Commercial Officer and Global Head of Commercial Operations.
- Identify high-potential accounts, key decision makers, and business opportunities across Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, R&D, Digital, and Technology functions.
- Build and cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders.
- Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining strong pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and commercial urgency.
- Understand each customer's clinical development priorities, operational challenges, and growth trajectory to position Biorce against the highest-value use cases.
- Drive efficient commercial cycles by clearly articulating ROI, business value, and the impact of Biorce's technology on clinical development.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts across additional programs, therapeutic areas, and teams as customer adoption expands.
- Represent Biorce at industry events, conferences, client meetings, and strategic commercial engagements.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Clinical Solutions, Product, and Customer teams to tailor pitches, demonstrations, and commercial strategies.
- Provide market intelligence and direct customer feedback to inform product development, positioning, and strategic decisions.
- Help define and refine commercial processes, territory strategies, and infrastructure as we scale operations across the U.S.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams; you take full ownership of your objectives, pipeline, territory, and customer relationships with professionalism and drive.
