About the role
Design With Empathy. Build With Insight. Shape the Future of Science.
At BIORCE, we're designing the future of clinical trials — and that starts with understanding the humans behind the data.
As Technical Product Manager, you will work at the intersection of our different squads as part of the foundational team — owning the shared capabilities every product on the platform is built on: semantic data layers, retrieval and generation pipelines, integrations, and the services that make AI outputs trustworthy at regulatory grade. You are the person who understands how all our modules depend on each other — and who makes sure they stay technically interoperable as each one evolves.
One thing to know: we're building something ambitious, and this isn't a 9-to-5 job. We look for people who are energized by ownership and flexible when the mission demands it — and we offer that same flexibility back.
What You'll Do:
- End-to-End Project Ownership: Serve as the primary Product Manager for platform and interoperability across modules - from initial discovery and backlog grooming to final delivery and post-launch optimization.
- Strategic Roadmap Orchestration: Define and execute the roadmap for shared platform capabilities, ensuring they unblock and accelerate the product teams that depend on them.
- High-Level Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hands-on with Engineers and Data Scientists to scope solutions, evaluate trade-offs, and break complex technical epics into well-defined, shippable increments.
- Cross-Module Interoperability: Map and manage the technical dependencies between all product modules; ensure shared data contracts, APIs, and interfaces remain interoperable as each product evolves.
- Continuous Product Sync: Stay in permanent sync with every other product manager of the different squads — you know what each module is building, when it lands, and what it needs from the platform layer.
- Technical Translation: Turn technical constraints and possibilities into language stakeholders and customers understand — and turn product needs into precise technical requirements.
- Navigate Ambiguity: Lead through change — proactively clear roadblocks for the team and make critical decisions under pressure.
What We're Looking for:
- 3–6 years in Product Management, engineering, data science, or a similar technical function
- Engineering background or equivalent technical fluency
- A true product mindset: technical depth is your foundation, but you think in user problems, outcomes, and business value — not features and tickets
- Proven ability to translate technical complexity for non-technical audiences — you can explain a pipeline or dependency risk to Sales, Clinical experts, or executives without losing them
- Hands-on understanding of modern AI systems: LLM-based products, RAG pipelines, knowledge graphs, embeddings, or model evaluation frameworks
- Proven ability to reason about system dependencies — you spot cross-module impacts early and keep interfaces and data contracts aligned across multiple teams
- Strong analytical capabilities with a proven track record of data-driven decision-making; comfortable with SQL and analytics tooling
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g. FHIR, OMOP, CDISC) or regulated-industry constraints is a plus
- Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Possess a curious, adaptable, and highly motivated mindset dedicated to learning how to build and scale great products
Why Join Us?
- A dynamic work environment with an international team, where collaboration and diversity thrive.
- Work alongside top talent, united by a shared purpose and committed to making a real impact.
- Competitive base salary and equity participation.
- Health benefits and flexible hybrid work culture.
- Opportunity to shape the future of a fast-growing AI healthtech company.
