About the role
Design With Empathy. Build With Insight. Shape the Future of Science.
At BIORCE, we're designing the future of clinical trials — and that starts with understanding the humans behind the data.
As Junior Product Manager, you won't be locked into a single squad — you'll be our flyer: moving between product teams to support the PMs wherever the need is greatest. It's the fastest way to learn the craft, because you'll see every corner of the platform, work with every PM, and gradually build toward owning your own product area.
One thing to know: we're building something ambitious, and this isn't a 9-to-5 job. We look for people who are energized by ownership and flexible when the mission demands it — and we offer that same flexibility back.
What You'll Do:
- Flex Across Squads: Rotate between product squads based on where the pressure is — picking up discovery, delivery, or coordination work for whichever PM needs support most.
- Support Product Discovery: Assist senior PMs with user research, competitive benchmarking, and analysis of usage data and customer feedback across the clinical trial lifecycle.
- Feature Ownership: Own well-scoped features end-to-end — from writing requirements and user stories to coordinating launch and measuring results.
- Backlog & Delivery Support: Maintain and groom the backlog; write clear acceptance criteria and help coordinate releases and internal enablement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work daily with Engineers, Designers, Data Scientists, and Clinical experts across an international, distributed team.
- Outcome-Driven Analytics: Track product KPIs and prepare regular reporting for the team and stakeholders.
- Navigate Ambiguity: Bring a fresh perspective — question assumptions, propose improvements, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
What We're Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in product, consulting, engineering, life sciences, research, or a related field
- Strong analytical capabilities and structured thinking; comfort working with data
- Ability to context-switch comfortably — you enjoy juggling different topics and teams rather than going deep on just one
- An outstanding academic record is required
- Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Genuine curiosity about AI and how it can transform healthcare and clinical research
- Possess a curious, adaptable, and highly motivated mindset dedicated to learning how to build and scale great products
Why Join Us?
- A dynamic work environment with an international team, where collaboration and diversity thrive.
- Work alongside top talent, united by a shared purpose and committed to making a real impact.
- Competitive base salary and equity participation.
- Health benefits and flexible hybrid work culture.
- Opportunity to shape the future of a fast-growing AI healthtech company.
