Our team comprises seasoned clinical research professionals, data scientists, and AI experts, working collaboratively to bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and real-world clinical needs.
With an unwavering commitment to revolutionize healthcare, we envision a world where all patients benefit from accelerated and cost-effective access to treatments. Biorce is poised to redefine the landscape of healthcare, shaping a future where innovation and accessibility converge for the betterment of humanity.
About the role
Following our successful expansion into the U.S. and continued growth across Europe, we are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to help build and scale our commercial engine.
As our RevOps Manager, you'll be a critical member of our commercial team, responsible for designing the systems, data, and processes that allow our Sales, Marketing, and Clinical Solutions teams to compound output as we scale. This is a high-impact, builder role at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution - sitting close to leadership and shaping how Biorce sells into biopharma worldwide.
Who We're Looking For
A commercially sharp operator who thinks in funnels, conversion rates, and unit economics - and who gets excited about building the "sales engine" from the ground up. Someone equally comfortable in a spreadsheet, a CRM schema, and a CRO RFP. This person should thrive with autonomy, treat the GTM org as a product they're shipping, and use AI natively to compress the work of an entire team into themselves.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and own Biorce's sales engine end-to-end: pipeline architecture, forecasting, territory and quota design, commission plans, and GTM reporting.
- Own the RFI / RFP process: build the response infrastructure, content library, and workflows that let our commercial team turn around biopharma and CRO requests fast and at quality.
- Design and maintain our CRM and GTM tech stack (Clay, Apollo, and adjacent tools), ensuring clean data, sensible automations, and a single source of truth.
- Define and instrument the KPIs that matter - conversion rates by stage, cycle times, CAC payback, win/loss, pipeline coverage - and turn them into weekly operating rhythms for the commercial team.
- Partner with the CCO to run forecasting, QBRs, and board-level commercial reporting.
- Deploy AI across the GTM motion: lead enrichment, account research, RFP drafting, call analysis, pipeline hygiene, and reporting - wherever a model can replace manual work, you build it.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Clinical Solutions, and Product teams to align on ICP, messaging, and feedback loops between pipeline signal and product strategy.
- Help define and refine commercial processes and infrastructure as we scale operations across the U.S. and Europe.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams, taking full ownership of the commercial operating system with professionalism and drive.
Requirements
✅ Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or a related commercial/analytical role in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.
- Hands-on experience running or supporting RFI / RFP processes end-to-end, ideally in enterprise or regulated industries.
- Strong with numbers — you can build a forecasting model, a commission plan, or a cohort analysis from scratch and defend every assumption.
- Genuine passion for constructing the "sales engine" — process, systems, and data — not just maintaining one.
- AI native: you reach for LLMs and agentic tools by default, and have a point of view on where they belong in a modern GTM stack.
- Fluency with CRM and sales tooling (Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or equivalents) and advanced spreadsheet / SQL skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate messy commercial reality into clear, decision-ready insights.
- Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe and the US for company offsites and key commercial moments.
✨ Nice-to-Haves
- Startup experience: ideally at an early-stage or Series A/B B2B SaaS scale-up where you helped build the commercial function from scratch.
- Familiarity with AI-driven platforms in a clinical, life sciences, or drug development context.
- Exposure to biopharma, CRO, or healthtech commercial motions.
What We Offer
- Opportunity to architect the commercial operating system of a category-defining company from day one.
- Opportunity to grow into a broader strategic or leadership role as Biorce scales across the U.S. and Europe.
