About the role
Working directly within the CEO Office, the Founders Associate Intern will act as a force multiplier for Biorce’s leadership. This is a high-impact, 3-6 month "chief of staff" style internship designed for an ambitious individual who wants to see how a high-growth AI company is built from the inside. You will tackle a mix of strategic and commercial projects, moving between high-level analysis and hands-on execution to drive organisational velocity.
Key Responsibilities
I. Strategic Projects & Research
- Special Initiatives: Own the end-to-end execution of "ad-hoc" strategic projects that don’t yet have a functional home.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into the AI-drug discovery landscape, competitor moves, and regulatory shifts to inform executive decision-making.
- Data Synthesis: Analyse internal and external data to build business cases for new initiatives or geographic expansions.
II. Commercial Operations & GTM
- Sales Enablement: Assist in refining commercial pitches and preparing high-stakes materials for potential pharma partners and investors.
- Pipeline Support: Work with the Business Development team to optimise the CRM and track progress toward commercial milestones.
- GTM Execution: Support the launch of new product features by coordinating between the Product and Commercial teams.
III. CEO Office Support
- Executive Communication: Draft internal announcements, investor updates, and board materials that synthesize complex technical progress into clear narratives.
- Meeting Orchestration: Help prepare agendas for critical leadership meetings and ensure that follow-up actions are executed across the team.
Ideal Profile
- Academic background: Current student or recent graduate from a top-tier university (Business, Engineering, or Sciences preferred).
- Analytical Rigor: Ability to process large amounts of information and create structured, logical outputs.
- AI-native: Big plus if you are proficient in using the latest AI tools (Lovable, n8n, etc.) both to accelerate your own work but also for building internal tools and automations.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: A "no task too small" attitude with the ability to build structure in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface with senior stakeholders.
- Passion: A deep interest in AI, Clinical Trials, and the future of Healthcare.
Notwithstanding the above, we welcome candidates from all backgrounds. For this specific role, we believe that ambition and grit are more important than ticking boxes.
