About the role
Following our successful expansion into the U.S. and continued growth across Europe, we are seeking a Head of People and Culture to lead our global human capital strategy. Reporting directly to the executive team, you will be the architect of a unified company culture that bridges our Barcelona and Austin hubs.
You will move beyond traditional HR to lead strategic organisational design, global compensation philosophy, and high-level talent acquisition. This role offers high visibility and the opportunity to shape the foundational "soul" of the company as we scale from a regional player to a global leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Strategy: Design and execute a scalable People roadmap that aligns with our international growth targets.
- Culture & Integration: Define our core values and ensure they are consistently felt across different time zones, languages, and office cultures.
- Total Rewards: Develop a global compensation and equity framework that remains competitive in both the European and U.S. tech ecosystems.
- Leadership Coaching: Partner with department heads to optimize team structures, succession planning, and performance management.
- Employer Branding: Position the company as a top-tier employer in the global tech community through strategic partnerships and advocacy.
- DE&I Advocacy: Implement measurable diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives tailored to a multi-continental workforce.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with at least 6 years in a global leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of scaling teams in a high-growth tech or VC-backed environment.
- Deep understanding of international labor markets, particularly the nuances between Spanish and U.S. employment.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills, with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
