About the role

Build one of the most influential gatherings in clinical research.

Biorce is building The End, a global event platform bringing together the leaders shaping the future of clinical trials: biotech founders, pharma executives, regulators, investors, and operators.

We are looking for an Events Lead to own Biorce’s events platform, including The End flagship events and The End Tables (curated C-suite dinners). To be based in either Barcelona, Spain or Austin, Texas.

This role sits at the intersection of community building, industry relationships, and world-class event execution. You will design exceptional experiences, bring the right people into the room, and help turn The End into a key gathering for the clinical innovation ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Biorce’s own event platform

• Own the strategy and execution of The End flagship events.
• Design and execute The End Tables (C-suite dinners) across key global hubs.
• Develop event concepts that strengthen Biorce’s position as a thought leader in clinical innovation.

Industry community building

• Build and maintain strong relationships with biotech founders, pharma executives, investors, regulators, and industry partners.
• Curate high-level guest lists and manage senior stakeholder engagement.
• Identify strategic opportunities for collaborations and partnerships around the events.

Event strategy & production

• Lead end-to-end event planning: venue sourcing, experience design, speakers & program development, logistics and operations.
• Coordinate internal teams (marketing, design, commercial, leadership).
• Manage external partners (venues, agencies, production, catering, etc.).

Experience & brand

• Ensure every event reflects the Biorce brand and the ambition behind The End.
• Design experiences that foster high-quality conversations and meaningful connections.

Growth & impact

• Track event performance and impact on: brand awareness, strategic relationships, commercial pipeline.
• Identify new opportunities to expand the The End ecosystem globally.

Someone who can help turn The End into one of the most important gatherings in the global clinical innovation ecosystem.

This person should be able to:

• Bring the right people into the room.
• Create memorable experiences.
• Help build a community around Biorce and the future of clinical trials.

Must Have

• 5+ years in high-end events, industry events, or ecosystem building.
• Experience organizing executive-level events, conferences, or curated gatherings.
• Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong project management and execution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously.
• Ability to design and execute events end-to-end (concept - execution - follow-up).
• Highly hands-on, proactive, and entrepreneurial.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Charismatic and natural host.
• Comfortable engaging with C-suite executives and founders.
• Highly organized but also creative.
• Thrives in high-energy startup environments.
• Background in life sciences, healthtech, venture, or startup ecosystems is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English (international environment)

Nice to Have:

• Experience running invite-only events or curated communities.
• International event experience (US/EU).
