- Performance Architecture: Design, monitor and analyse company-wide KPIs/OKRs, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring accountability ensuring all departments are moving toward our strategic "North Star".
- Change Management: Lead high-impact cross-functional projects, such as the implementation of new ERP/CRM systems or global workflow shifts.
- Knowledge Management: Build and maintain a centralised "Company Wiki" (SOPs) to ensure institutional knowledge is documented and scalable.
- Resource Analysis: Utilise data to provide actionable insights on headcount allocation and ROI across global offices.
- Tooling Audit: Regularly assess our SaaS stack to maximise utility and ensure cost-efficiency across all platforms.
Requirements:
- 6+ years in Operations, Management Consulting, or Performance/Operational Excellence roles within a tech-driven fast-growing company.
- Strong analytical skills; mastery of data visualization and tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or advanced Excel).
- Proven ability to manage and influence complex, multi-stakeholder projects from conception to completion.
- Experience working with international/global teams.
Considered a Plus:
- Certified in Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), Lean, or PMP.
