About the role

As a Project Manager at Biorce, you will work closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and Research teams to ensure projects are well organized, communicated, and progressing as planned. You will play an essential role in maintaining clarity, structure, and alignment across teams.

What You’ll Do

You will support execution and alignment across teams, ensuring everyone moves forward with clarity:

• Coordinate tasks between Product, Engineering, Design, and Research.
• Maintain and update project plans, timelines, and task tracking boards.
• Organize and facilitate standups, syncs, sprint reviews, and follow-ups.
• Track milestones and dependencies, identifying risks and blockers proactively.
• Ensure decisions are documented and communicated clearly across teams.
• Support release planning and internal communication around delivery.
• Your contributions will help ensure we build the right things, at the right time, with the right context.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to structure information clearly and follow up consistently.
• Familiarity with Jira.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in healthcare, biotech, clinical environments, or AI-driven products.
• Understanding of how AI systems are developed, tested, or integrated.
• Hands-on experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
