About the role

At Biorce, our internal efficiency is what fuels our external innovation. We have successfully launched our internal CRM system, and we are now looking for a Product Manager to own its evolution.

This isn't just about managing a timeline; it’s about defining the vision. You will act as the bridge between our commercial, finance, and technical teams to evolve our internal tool from its current state into a robust "Single Source of Truth."

What You’ll Do

  • Requirement Discovery & Gathering: Lead deep-dive sessions with various departments to translate their unique needs into technical features:
  • Sales: CRM functionalities to track customer pipelines.
  • Legal: Functions for contract management and compliance.
  • Finance: Features for invoicing and financial reporting.
  • Marketing: Integration with ActiveCampaign for seamless lead data flow.
  • Technical: User management, permissions, and security protocols.
  • Bridge the Departments: Act as the central point of contact to ensure data flows seamlessly across Clinical, Commercial, Legal, and Finance departments, effectively eliminating operational silos.
  • Project Execution: Manage the full project lifecycle, from documentation and sprint planning to stakeholder updates, ensuring that v1, v2, and v3 milestones are met.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor internal adoption and gather feedback to iteratively improve the UX and features of our internal system.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1–3 years in Product Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, or a strategic function.
  • Systems Expertise: A strong plus if you have experience with CRM architecture, ActiveCampaign, or ERP tools.
  • Analytical Power: Strong analytical capabilities with a proven track record of using data to drive decision-making.
  • Academic Excellence: An outstanding academic record is required.
  • Communication: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential. You must be able to translate "commercial-speak" into "tech-speak" and vice versa.
  • Mindset: You are curious, adaptable, and highly motivated. You understand that building great internal tools is the secret sauce to scaling a world-class company.
