About the role
The Chief of Staff to the CCO plays a pivotal role in supporting the alignment, efficiency, and execution of Biorce’s commercial strategy.
This is not a traditional administrative position, it’s a strategic and operational leadership role that ensures every initiative across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success runs with clarity, accountability, and impact.
You will act as the right hand to the Chief Commercial Officer, enabling them to focus on high-level growth, partnerships, and strategic expansion while you ensure flawless coordination, prioritization, and delivery across the commercial ecosystem.
Work location: New York (US) or Barcelona (Spain).
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Execution & Alignment
- Translate Biorce’s commercial vision into actionable quarterly plans and measurable goals across U.S. and EU markets.
- Coordinate execution between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure alignment with revenue targets.
- Track and report progress on major deals, key accounts, and partnership initiatives.
- Support quarterly and annual strategic planning processes.
Operational Excellence
- Support the commercial operating rhythm, weekly meetings, monthly reviews, quarterly business reviews, and investor reporting.
- Maintain and optimize dashboards (pipeline, revenue, conversion rates, ROI metrics).
- Ensure CRM accuracy, data discipline, and process consistency across all regions.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to increase commercial velocity.
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as the connector between the CCO, commercial leadership, and the broader organization.
- Draft/support the drafting of strategic materials, internal updates, board presentations, client proposals, and event briefings.
- Ensure decisions and follow-ups from leadership meetings are executed on time and with accountability and report back to the CCO.
People & Culture
- Partner with HR on the CCO hiring plans, onboarding, and performance management for commercial teams.
- Monitor KPIs and OKRs across regional teams implemented by the CCO, flagging risks or performance gaps.
- Help reinforce a high-performance, collaborative, and transparent team culture.
Strategic Analysis & Decision Support
- Consolidate commercial data into executive insights and recommendations to the CCO.
- Support ROI modeling, pricing decisions, and go-to-market strategies for AIKA and upcoming products.
- Prepare briefing materials for the CCO ahead of investor, client, or partner meetings.
Special Projects
- Drive special cross-functional initiatives such as:
- AIKA global launch coordination.
- U.S. expansion and operational setup.
- Post-conference lead management and commercial collateral development.
- Manage short-term task forces for high-impact projects as directed by the CCO.
About You:
- 5–10 years of experience in strategy, commercial operations, or consulting, ideally within life sciences, technology, or SaaS.
- Proven ability to turn strategic vision into execution, coordinating multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex information into actionable insights.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and commercial analytics tools.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment with distributed teams.
- Highly organized, proactive, and intellectually curious, thrives in ambiguity and finds structure in complexity.
- Deep interest in AI, clinical development, and digital transformation in pharma.
