About the role
After rapid expansion across Europe, we’re growing our presence in the U.S. and seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive our North American commercial efforts.
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a critical role in supporting the Directors of Clinical Solutions (East & West Coast) by generating and qualifying new business opportunities across pharma, biotech, and CRO clients.
You’ll identify key decision-makers, open conversations, and secure meetings that lead to strategic partnerships. This position offers a fast-paced environment with high visibility, mentorship, and clear opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and research potential clients in the U.S. biopharma and CRO ecosystem.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Directors of Clinical Solutions.
- Execute outreach campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams on event follow-ups, campaigns, and lead nurturing.
- Provide feedback to continuously improve our outbound messaging and market segmentation.
- Represent Biorce’s mission and AI-driven vision with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of SDR, inside sales, or business development experience, ideally in healthtech, biotech, or SaaS.
- Understanding of clinical trials, pharma operations, or digital health is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and goal-oriented, with a passion for growth and learning.
- Familiarity with CRM and lead generation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, or similar).
- Comfortable working remotely and across time zones in a fast-paced, international environment.
