Founded in April 2020, our 150+ strong team combines climatic and earth sciences, sell-side financial research, earth observation, machine learning, data and technology, engineering, and public policy expertise. We work from four continents.

We raised a significant Series B funding round in late 2022, and are growing rapidly as a company, accelerating the Net-Zero transition through ratings.

Job Description:

BeZero Carbon is looking for an Operations Associate to join our growing Operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office-based operations environment with some experience in managing an office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, self-starter who can own their workload and is looking to take any opportunity to build on their skill set.

The role requires someone who enjoys interacting with people across the business on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will feel comfortable being a familiar face to everyone and being a key contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Confidence in troubleshooting issues and proficiency in IT is a must. You will need to be solution-focused and feel comfortable tackling multiple issues and tasks at a time. If you’re happy to get stuck in no matter what, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day office operations

• Manage the facilities, reporting issues and working with external suppliers

• Procure and track global IT assets

• Assist with the coordination of events

• Track operational activities across the business to maintain compliance

• Assist with ad-hoc projects across the wider Operations team

• Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders

You will be our ideal candidate if:

• Previous experience in office administration/management

• Confident working with IT systems and software applications

• Attention to detail - you look to solve problems efficiently

• Conscious and considerate of the experience of others

• You will need to be social and comfortable interacting across the business
