In this role you’ll guide clients on best practices in emissions calculations and climate reporting while driving successful adoption of our SaaS platform. Combining analysis and strategic consulting with a tech-forward mindset, you’ll deliver actionable advice for emissions reductions, fostering trust and sustainable, long-term partnerships.

• Consult & advise: Analyse client data, create decarbonisation strategies, and ensure compliance with GHG/CSRD guidelines.
• Customer success: Own the client relationship, deliver trainings, gather feedback, and identify growth opportunities.
• Product development & collaboration: Work with product and tech teams to refine calculations, analytics and reporting features.
• Thought leadership: Stay current on sustainability trends, share insights, and help shape our offerings.

• 3–5+ years in climate consulting, sustainability, or related fields.
• BSc in Environmental Studies or Industrial Engineering.
• Expertise in GHG Protocol, CSRD (ESRS E1), and Science Based Targets. Familiarity with LCA, DMA, or similar climate-related methodologies/products is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in Excel.
• Skilled in project management and business development.
• Excellent written/verbal Swedish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Especially comfortable working with cross-functional teams and leading client conversations.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and passionate about sustainability.
• Strong plus if you have experience of working with SaaS/tech solutions.
