As we continue to grow rapidly, we are looking for a driven Account Executive to join our energetic team and help us expand our reach.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Relationship Building:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Tailored Solutions: Work closely with clients to develop customized climate finance projects.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, positioning Atmoz as a trusted advisor for carbon market solutions.
  • Account Management: Manage ongoing client relationships, ensuring continued satisfaction and the successful execution of carbon market strategies.

Strategy & Growth:

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to refine our sales strategies.
  • Sales Targets: Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales quotas and identifying opportunities for market expansion.
  • Pipeline Management: Use CRM systems to track leads, manage client accounts, and forecast sales performance.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent Atmoz at industry events, conferences, and webinars, positioning our company as a leader in carbon management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within the sustainability or technology sectors.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record in closing sales deals and managing client relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Languages: Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
  • Tools: Experience with CRM software and sales enablement tools.
