As we continue to grow rapidly, we are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team and help us scale.

Key responsibilities

Analytical & technical expertise:

• Analyze carbon emissions data across various sectors and interpret trends, providing actionable insights for clients.
• Develop and maintain robust carbon accounting methodologies in line with international standards (e.g., GHG Protocol, ESRS, etc).
• Support the integration of scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions into clients' carbon management strategies.
• Contribute to the development of sustainability reports, helping clients meet their regulatory obligations under frameworks and regulations like CSRD, SFDR, and SBTi.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the quality and accuracy of data and calculations within our carbon management platform.

Leadership & collaboration:

• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance our carbon accounting services.
• Lead client engagements, providing expert guidance on carbon accounting best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and client-facing teams to ensure seamless integration of carbon accounting solutions into client workflows.
• Mentor junior analysts, sharing knowledge on carbon accounting practices and analytical methods.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in carbon accounting or sustainability consulting, with a strong focus on emissions data analysis.
• Familiarity with carbon accounting standards like the GHG Protocol, ISO 14064, methodologies.
• Experience with carbon management software platforms and advanced data analysis tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
