CRM Sales And Marketing Manager

Job description

We are looking for a candidate with 5 years of experience, preferably with an MBA plus an engineering/technical background. This role will be critical in leading the Arise One platform and strengthening our data-driven sales operations

.

Role Summary:

The Sales Manager will be primarily responsible for end-to-end ownership of the Arise One (in-house CRM) platform and responsible for driving insights, reporting, and operational efficiency for sales function.

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of Arise One (in-house CRM) act as platform controller/admin
  • Track and manage prospective opportunities and sales funnel via Arise One
  • Lead data migration, platform readiness, testing, and validation from business perspective
  • Drive user adoption, governance, and ongoing enhancements of the platform
  • Track KPIs for business teams, and manage sales incentive planning and incentive payout process
  • Prepare and present weekly MIS reports for Sales Reviews and Monthly Business Review for leadership insights
  • Collaborate with Finance team to prepare budgets and sales forecast and pipeline
  • Collaborate and coordinate with country teams for data alignment, reporting accuracy, and pipeline updates

Candidate Profile:

  • 5 years of experience in sales and CRM management
  • MBA (preferred) with an engineering/technical background
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, SQL, Excel, and Power BI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage platforms/tools end-to-end and improve processes
