Position: Business manager - Ghana

Description: An effective communicator with exceptional presentation skills and capabilities in forging business partnerships in Global markets, leading cross-cultural teams and establishing beneficial relationships with key players in the industry.

Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities –

  • Planning and Organizing Company Activities wholesomely for the origin.
  • Participate in defining the company’s strategy and propose major directions.
  • Develop and propose action plans for the company (including development opportunities) to the Cluster Head, considering the established orientations, objectives, and priorities.
  • Establish annual budget forecasts in alignment with the set objectives and monitor their execution.
  • Allocate necessary financial resources for implementing approved activity plans.
  • Participate in organizing and validate the structure of each department under their responsibility.
  • Coordinate communication and collaboration with various institutions and administrations.
  • Provide support and assistance to different departments for preparation, organization, and participation in various events and meetings related to the development and promotion of different entities within the group.
  • Sign contracts and official correspondence on behalf of the company.
  • Identifying potential investment opportunities in Infrastructure business for Arise Group
  • Leading the negotiation of term sheet and definitive with JV partners and Govt.
  • Negotiation and finalization of Concession Agreements and other agreements
  • Leading the discussion with various banks for financing requirements and completion of Due Diligence process
  • Developing commercial strategy for revenue maximization
  • Designing business models and leasing strategy for commercial spaces
  • Performing financial analysis and provided recommendations to top management for critical project developments within procurement, contract negotiation, contract administration, cost forecasts and project schedules as well as reports on key project performance indicators
  • Project planning, monitoring, progress & cost with emphasis on compression of cost
  • Evaluate the accuracy of schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, and projected cash flow

Technical/ Professional Qualifications sought:

  • Minimum 15 years as a manager in the field of investment Banking/ PE Fund/ investor relations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with multiple stakeholder within and outside the organization
