Role Summary:

The role focuses on developing detailed market and feasibility assessments to support government-facing engagements, including PPP (Public-Private Partnership) project proposals, discussions with government authorities, presentations to banking and lending institutions, and tender submissions, as well as supporting internal decision-making for new project evaluation and investment approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct primary and secondary research across markets and sectors
• Perform macroeconomic, industry, and demand analysis to assess project viability
• Develop end-to-end feasibility studies for new project evaluation and investment decisions
• Prepare outputs for government and PPP engagements, including project justification, approvals support, and stakeholder presentations
• Prepare materials for banking and financial institutions, including investment rationale, financial viability, and due diligence support
• Support internal decision-making by structuring research insights into clear investment cases and project evaluation frameworks
• Prepare Board and Investment Committee approval notes for new project proposals, summarizing strategic rationale, feasibility, risks, and investment recommendations for internal approval
• Collaborate with business heads, country teams, design, and construction teams on new project assessments

Candidate Profile:

• 5–7 years of experience in market research, consulting, feasibility, or investment analysis
• MBA in Finance preferred
• Strong analytical, financial, and macroeconomic understanding
• Experience in preparing investment-grade reports and stakeholder-ready presentations
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, including government authorities and financial institutions
