Job Title: Strategy Manager — Business Planning & Marketing

(P&L Management, CRM System, Pricing, Costs & Biz Dev Operations)

Location: Dubai (Head Office)

Department: Arise IIP Infra – Industrial Zones

Reporting To: Chief Business Officer

Role Summary

We are looking for a mid-to-senior level professional with strong expertise across Marketing, Finance and Business Operations to support our global network of Special Economic Zones and Industrial Parks across African countries.

This role will support IZ Business head on strategy and P&L management and will work with business development teams, drive pricing and forecasting models.

Key Responsibilities

1. P&L and Business Management Support

  • Providing support to Head of IZ business to manage the P&L and develop overall IZ strategy.
  • To lead and manage CRM system, lead pipeline health and maintain MIS of topline, cost and gross contribution adding to P&L.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders in Central Finance Department, Business Heads and Global Business Development teams.
  • Coordinate with Central Finance in Dubai on consolidated reporting and dashboards.
  • Track and report yearly land lease deals and performance trends.
  • Review financials and assist in variance analysis, projections and reconciliations.

2. Reporting and Business Lead Management

  • Manage Arise One CRM system, Leads and business dashboards, data integrity and reporting framework.
  • Liaise with Business Development Managers to monitor lead generation, pipeline health, conversions and actions.
  • Analyze lead activity, funnel progression and deal closure patterns.
  • Maintain complete client lifecycle repository — leads, opportunities and deals.

3. Business Development Support

  • Partner with BD teams to review and structure pricing solutions for all deals and facilitate closures.
  • Support medium and long-term revenue and land lease forecasts.
  • Work with Design & Projects teams on development costs for zones.
  • Contribute to pricing models and COGS for all zones.
  • Maintain structured pricing frameworks and sensitivity analyses.
  • Track new deal budgets, approvals and adherence to commercial policies.
  • Support and validate sales incentive calculations as per approved schemes.
  • Prepare pipeline outlooks and closure forecasts for management.

4. Marketing Performance & Budget Management

  • Manage and track Marketing expense budgets across global and local offices.
  • Review campaigns activities and vendor spends.
  • Conduct ROI analysis to measure performance and inform future planning.
  • Maintain KPI trackers and periodic management dashboards.

5. Data Analytics & Insights

  • Perform analytical deep-dives on customer segments, closed deals and pipeline performance.
  • Build dashboards highlighting trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Support revenue prediction and deal-closure probability modeling.
  • Ensure high accuracy, governance and consistency of business data.

Qualifications & Experience

  • CA and/or MBA (Finance/Marketing preferred) – mandatory
  • 8 + years of experience in Marketing Analytics, FP&A or Commercial Finance
  • Experience in P&L management and business development strategy is an advantage

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical ability
  • Excellent Excel and dashboarding (Power BI/Tableau preferred)
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management
  • Structured communicator with executive-level reporting capability
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working across time zones
