Job Title: Industrial Trainee – Internal Audit

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Industrial Trainee to support the Internal Audit function. The trainee will assist in evaluating internal controls, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting risk assessment and audit execution across business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of internal audits across functions and locations
• Review and evaluate internal controls, SOPs, and process effectiveness
• Support risk assessment, identifying control gaps and improvement areas
• Perform testing of controls and transactional reviews
• Assist in preparation of audit working papers, reports, and presentations
• Follow up on audit observations and track closure status
• Support process documentation and standardization initiatives
• Assist in audits related to operational, financial, and compliance areas
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for data collection and clarifications
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to internal audit, risk advisory, or compliance (internships/articleship)
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Oracle – preferred, not mandatory)
• Ability to work with large data sets and perform basic data analysis
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
