We are seeking a qualified and experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our textile and garment sales operations. The incumbent will be responsible for driving Institutional sales and B2C sales, developing new markets, managing key customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role will oversee business development, key accounts, distributor management, market expansion, pricing negotiations, and coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction across assigned markets.

Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

o Drive B2B and B2C sales growth for textile and garment products across assigned regions. o Identify, develop, and onboard institutional buyers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners. Institutional Sales Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, and large-format institutional clients. o Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, contracts, and long-term agreements with customers.

Market Expansion & Strategy:

o Develop and implement market entry and expansion strategies for West and Central African markets. o Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Internal Coordination:

o Coordinate with production, merchandising, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.

o Ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and met as per agreed timelines. Sales Performance & Reporting:

o Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives. o Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence updates for management review.

Skills / Requirements:

o 10–15 years of experience in sales within the textile or garment industry.

o Strong experience in B2C and institutional sales.

o Exposure to African markets will be an added advantage.

o Proven track record in business development and key account management.

o Strong understanding of textile and garment supply chains and commercial operations.

o Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

o Ability to work independently in international markets and manage multiple stakeholders.

o Willingness to be based in or travel extensively across Cameroon, Ghana, and Nigeria.
