Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all phases of project execution—from dismantling and transportation to construction and commissioning—ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Oversee procedural land acquisition and development for plant construction.
• Develop and finalize local vendor partnerships for construction and related services in Gabon.
• Provide strong leadership to multi-functional teams including contracts, procurement, construction, and commercial, to ensure project milestones are met.
• Maintain optimal manpower levels and build a high-performance project team.
• Ensure successful achievement of individual and team KPIs aligned with company goals.
• Drive strong stakeholder relationships including government agencies, electricity departments, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.
• Prepare and monitor detailed project schedules (PERT/CPM), and establish short- and long-term targets.
• Enforce the highest standards of health, safety, and quality with zero-tolerance compliance.
• Conduct periodic reviews and implement corrective actions and catch-up plans to mitigate delays.
• Ensure strict compliance with all statutory regulations and internal SOPs.
