MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES
MISSIONS:
This role involves system design, data analysis, and the seamless integration of technology to support the company's objectives.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate useful insights.
• Develop and distribute periodic and ad hoc reports to management.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in the reporting processes.
System Development and Integration:
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement new information systems.
• Integrate MIS with other business applications (ERP, CRM, etc.).
• Test and deploy software updates or patches.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with department heads to understand information needs.
• Provide training and support to staff on MIS tools and applications.
• Liaise with external vendors and consultants for system upgrades and solutions.
Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation on MIS processes and configurations.
PROFILE
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (2–3 years) in IT Networks & Telecommunications or Software Development
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the field.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Additional Knowledge (Know):
• Computer proficiency
• Good verbal and listening comprehension in French and/or English
Technical Knowledge (Know-How):
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
