About the Role:

We are urgently hiring a Machinery/Spare Parts Allocation & Coordination Manager to oversee and streamline machinery and spare parts operations across our West-Central Africa regions – Gabon, ROC (Republic of Congo), Congo, and Liberia.

This is a critical position that requires a seasoned professional with strong experience in heavy machinery and spare part logistics, allocation and coordination, particularly in forestry or industrial operations. The candidate must be open to frequent travel and hands-on coordination in field conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee spare parts control, planning, and allocation across multiple country operations
• Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely procurement and distribution of spares
• Coordinate with on-ground maintenance and operations teams to ensure machinery uptime
• Troubleshoot issues related to equipment breakdowns and ensure prompt parts replacement
• Maintain records of usage, service, and inventory for all allocated machinery
• Liaise with OEMs and suppliers for part availability and technical support
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on operational status and logistics
• 10+ years of experience in machinery operations, spare parts coordination, or equipment logistics
• Strong background from companies such as JCB, Caterpillar, Eicher, or similar industrial machinery brands
• Knowledge of machinery brands such as:
• Shantui
• XCMG
• Shackman
• Toyota Land Cruiser
• Strong understanding of forestry machinery and field operations
