Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to understand and address business challenges through effective HR initiatives and solutions.
  • Planning and managing external manpower service provider / manpower contractor
  • Responsible for all the HR compliances as per the country’s labour law
  • Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning processes to build a robust pipeline of talent.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization and alignment with corporate culture and values.
  • Develop and implement innovative employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Design and execute effective offboarding processes, conducting exit interviews, and analyzing feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and career development.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to localize and implement global HR programs and policies.
  • Act as a change agent, driving organizational change initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement and develop actionable insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, or a related field from a Premier Institute.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software applications.
  • Proficiency in French Language
