Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to understand and address business challenges through effective HR initiatives and solutions.
- Planning and managing external manpower service provider / manpower contractor
- Responsible for all the HR compliances as per the country’s labour law
- Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning processes to build a robust pipeline of talent.
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization and alignment with corporate culture and values.
- Develop and implement innovative employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Design and execute effective offboarding processes, conducting exit interviews, and analyzing feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and career development.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to localize and implement global HR programs and policies.
- Act as a change agent, driving organizational change initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement and develop actionable insights to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, or a related field from a Premier Institute.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software applications.
- Proficiency in French Language
