Job Purpose:
The Institutional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to target and grow Textile business with institutional clients, such as schools, colleges, hospitals, government organizations, and other large entities. This role involves identifying key accounts, building relationships, and negotiating sales contracts to achieve revenue goals and expanding market share within the institutional sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for institutional clients to drive business growth and market penetration.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to adjust sales tactics and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns and promotions tailored to institutional clients.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and prospect new institutional clients, focusing on large-scale organizations and government institutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including procurement officers, administrators, and department heads.
Sales Presentation and Negotiation:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to institutional clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand the specific requirements of institutional clients across various sectors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting institutional sales.
Account Management:
- Oversee the entire sales process for institutional clients, from lead generation to deal closure and post-sale support.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Monitor ongoing relationships and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or expanding product/service offerings.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, ensuring realistic goals are set and met.
- Track and report on sales performance, including leads, conversion rates, revenue, and market share.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the marketing, customer support, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery for institutional clients.
Product and Service Customization:
- Work closely with product development teams to ensure that institutional clients receive customized solutions that meet their needs.
- Offer tailored packages, discounts, or special services for large-scale purchases or long-term contracts.
Event and Conference Representation:
- Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and trade shows to network with potential institutional clients and stay informed about market trends.
- Organize and attend client meetings, product demonstrations, and webinars to showcase the company’s offerings to institutional buyers.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. (Master's degree or MBA is a plus.)
- Experience: 10+ years in institutional sales, B2B sales, or related fields, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Experience in Textile industry will be an advantage
- Proficiency in French Language preferred.
