ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report & Co-ordinate with O&M Head on daily basis concerning works associated with Operation & Maintenance.
• Co-ordinate with E2C & other relevant Govt. Agencies with reagrd to Power Supply Issues, arising out of site operations, on regular basis.
• Co-ordinate with all customers in PN SEZ as & when required.
• Providing Electricty Connections to prospective customers in PN SEZ, as Instructed by O&M Head.
• Regular Survey of all Electrical Installations on daily basis and Site Inspections, as and when required.
• Ensure to comply to procedure laid out in respect of ''Electrical Shutdown Work'' strictly adhering to Electrical Permits and Instructions.
• Ensure that round the clock electrical support services are provided to all customers as per PN SEZ guidelines.
• Attending to Cutomer Complaints and customer concerns on High Priority basis at all times.
• Allocate, Control & Monitor day to day work activities, delegated to field technical staff on daily basis.
• Prepare and maintain a record of attendance muster roll on daily basis for subordinate staff - Incl Electricians, Linemen, Fitters, Welders, Drivers, Helpers and others.
• Monitor and record Power Supply Failures & Interrutpion in PN SEZ if any and Investigate and report to O&M Head and other top management, on occurrences.
• Keeping record of all temp & permanent materials in Stores and maintaining quarterly inventory and report to O&M Head.
• Keep track of Vehicle movement, Fuel Issuance, Tools & Equipment.
• Operation & Maintenance of 20KV / 30KV Overhead Feeding Lines & Distibution Lines etc., in PN SEZ.
• Ensure log sheets provided in each ZSS are filled on daily basis and log sheets are checked on every day basis.
• Carrying out weekly, monthly, 1/2 Yearly & Yearly maintenace of all electrical equipment as stipulated by OEM.
• Collecting Kwh Meter Data for billing purposes on 01st of each month and sharing the same with SAP staff as per established SOP, for Elect. Billing to customers.
• Collecting data of CB operation's counter readings for records on monthly basis.
• Operation & Maintenance of all 4 Nos Zonal Switching Stations (ZSS) on regular basis.
• Carry out regular maintenance on all Site Bore Hole Pump Stations, GLSR Main Pump Station, CSTP, etc.,
• Carry out regular maintenance on all Social Infra Buildings & SWCB ,PSS units installed in PN SEZ.
• Carry out regular maintenance on all 20KV & 30KV Metering Equipment, Kwh Meter Installations.
• Carry out regular maintenance on all Street Lighting system, all Solar Lighting system installed in PN SEZ
• Carry out regular maintenance on all Distribution Boards, Feeder Pillars Installed at various locations in PN SEZ.
• Carry out regular maintenance on all Transformers installed at various locations in PN SEZ.
• Carry out regular Tree trimming/cutting & Grass Cuttings on all electrical installations in PN SEZ.
• Tracking & Monitorig of Electrical Projects in GSEZ as required. Coordinate with Elect. Contractors on regular basis and report to O&M Head on regular basis.
• Ensure that Elect. Contractors activites does not interfere with PN SEZ Cutomers already operating in PN SEZ.
• Keep record of all major break downs / incidences occurred in PN SEZ with a detailed analysis report.
• Inculcate Energy saving technics & develop energy saving methods in reducing energy cost.
• Report all incidences to O&M Head on timely basis.
• Ensure that PPE is provided and used at all times in PN SEZ.
• Ensure that all Planned Power Shutdowns are well documented and duly circulated to all customers on timely basis.
• Ensure that working hours are fully utilized and working timings are respected by all staff / employees.
• Ensure to participate on weekly & Monthly meeting with O&M Head.
• Inculcate mutual respect with all employees and develop leadership skills.
• Regular Reporting to O&M Head in all matters & Issues in writing.
