This means that you, as our first Client Executive in Finland , you will be responsible for driving the growth of our solar energy portfolio by securing and managing long-term PPAs with commercial and industrial (C&I) clients.

Your impact
As a Client Executive dedicated to Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) Sales within the solar energy sector in Finland, you will engage with large multinational companies, navigate complex sales processes, and build strategic relationships. Your role will require a deep understanding of the energy market, exceptional sales skills, and a proactive approach to client engagement.
KEY OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve PPA sales targets in the Finnish market.
- Identify and acquire new customers: Proactively contact potential clients through direct outreach, including phone calls and in-person meetings.
- Engage directly with potential C&I clients, including large multinational companies, to promote and secure solar PPAs.
- Lead the negotiation and closing of complex PPA contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client needs.
- Identify and manage multiple layers of decision-makers within client organizations, understanding their roles and how to influence them effectively.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns promptly throughout the sales process.
- Work closely with project development and operations teams to ensure the successful implementation and execution of PPA projects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and contract details.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback for senior management.
We’re looking for you
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Executive who thrives in a multifaceted role encompassing both strategic planning and hands-on execution. You likely have a background in fast-paced sales environments and take pride in your contributions to driving business growth and client satisfaction.
You might be a Sales Manager today, or an accomplished sales professional eager to take the next step in your career. What matters most to us is your passion and motivation to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional results.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven track record in complex B2B sales, particularly with large C&I clients and multinational companies.
- Extensive experience in stakeholder management and navigating multi-layered decision-making processes.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong self-motivation and resilience in managing long sales cycles.
- Ability to analyze and present complex technical and financial data.
- Demonstrated business development capabilities.
- Demonstrate resilience and perseverance in navigating complex sales processes and overcoming obstacles
- Between 5 to 10 years of experience in in sales or business developmen
- Fluency in Finnish and English is required
