The Team

With the closing of an upcoming investment round, our team will double over the next 6-8 months, and currently consists of 18 employees from 10 countries. About half the team works with business and management, focusing on the essential growth of Vultus and our outreach.The team is diverse, multidisciplinary and most of all, a warm group of compassionate members on a mission to eliminate waste in farming. The Position

Vultus has numerous B2B relationships across various geographies that are continuously being developed and explored. As the manager of our Sales team you believe management is an opportunity to serve your team, facilitating their growth and development. You thrive in an agile, data-oriented, experiment focused workflow, helping to build and nurture the sales team, ensuring their best performance. You constantly look for opportunities to optimise, small tweaks that make a big difference and prioritise best practice. You aid the team in the entire market expansion process, from research to signed partnerships. As the face of the company, you are equally comfortable talking with farmers and developers, and enjoy representing Vultus at events and conferences. Therefore you should be comfortable with presentations and traveling. As an early member of the team, you will gain large amounts of freedom. Thus, it is important that you have a high quality of work and are comfortable with responsibilities as well as fast-paced work.

Your Responsibilities

– Guiding, training and developing the Sales team members through
motivation, counselling and training
– Deliver on Sales KPIs for integrating with farming platforms, boosting our
MMR, and farmer hectare usage
– Create action plans
– Promote our services internationally
– Ensure customer satisfaction through collaboration with Customer Success
– Represent Vultus at agricultural tradeshows & in face-to-face meetings with
farmers

Qualifications

Required

– 3-4 years experience with managing sales teams (including hiring process,
personal development development, etc)
– Experience with B2B sales strategies for SaaS
– Experience with sales softwares (e.g. Hubspot)
– Data driven, with a track record of reaching and exceeding your KPIs
– Proven ability to expand into different markets, working with cross border,
culture and language barriers
