Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Learning Intern to support our Northvolt Global Scaling Services (GSS) in Gdańsk. You will be responsible for supporting the Leadership, Learning & Engagement team in coordination of continuous improvements of global learning operations with the focus on digital learning to meet changing demands of external and internal stakeholders and the market.

Key responsibilities:

• Help document Learning & Development procedures and guidelines.
• Support with Absorb learning management system platform, such as the clean-up, daily maintenance and continuous improvements.
• Support the central administration of the Absorb learning management system – companywide admin-support.
• Support with Leadership, Training & Development Jira tickets by having the first contact with internal customers and various internal stakeholders.
• Support with coordination of training participants – attendance, support when signing up, gather participants for on-site training, etc.
• Coordinate the buy-in for external training and run the associated administrative activities.
• Help manage the internal learning community by sharing the important information, knowledge and resources in the groups in collaboration with digital learning specialists, such as LMS Specialist and Learning Designer.
• Perform other tasks assigned by manager.
