Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Process Engineer to join our team, focusing on the mechanical recycling of batteries. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and refining processes and systems for the crushing and sorting of battery materials at both laboratory and pilot scales. This position involves optimizing process performance to meet product requirements, evaluating and implementing process modifications, and developing intellectual property to advance battery recycling technologies.

About the job

• Design and define processes and systems for crushing and sorting of battery material on laboratory and pilot scales.
• Optimization of performance of process with respect to product requirements.
• Evaluating the performance and implementation of appropriate changes to process.
• Planning daily operation activities, research, and testing.
• Develop IP for recycling of batteries and innovative approaches for future technologies.

Key responsibility include but are not limited to:

• Design, run, analyse, and improve the Revolt Mechanical Recycling Process including crushing, drying, condensation, gas cleaning, sorting units.
• Conduct research and testing (lab and pilot scale) to develop new and enhance existing processes, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with industrialization and quality control teams to bring innovative ideas for execution and maintain high standards of operation.
