What are we looking for?
We’re hiring a Clinical Partnerships Lead to help us bring clinical partners on board such as hospitals, clinics, and health centers interested in joining our network.
This role is fully focused on one thing: bringing in real clinical collaborations.
From introductions to signed pilot and deal agreements, your job is to make partnerships happen.
You’ll work directly with the Founder & CEO to identify decision-makers, communicate our value, and convert conversations into pilot commitments.
We’re looking for someone who’s done this before, and can do it again.
What you’ll do?
– Identify, connect, and secure partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and health providers in the EMEA region.
– Represent MiMIAT Health in meetings with clinical decision-makers.
– Help design pilot agreements or early collaborations that reflect mutual value.
– Maintain a clear partnership pipeline, tracking status, needs, and next steps.
– Collaborate with the CEO on adapting messaging and shaping provider onboarding.
– Be MiMIAT’s bridge to the clinical world, our first port of contact for care institutions.
Who are you?
– You have 3+ years of experience in clinical partnerships, provider engagement, or business development in healthcare.
– You’ve successfully built relationships with hospitals, clinics, or care networks.
– You understand how to navigate clinical institutions, whether private or public.
– You’re comfortable pitching innovation to clinicians and senior decision-makers.
– You turn warm intros into signed pilots.
– Bonus: you bring an existing network of warm leads or institutional connections.
Benefits:
– Success-based commission per signed pilot, collaboration, or provider agreement.
– This is currently an unpaid role, but with a clear path to a full-time role based on traction and funding. Designed for someone who believes in the mission and is able to commit during a crucial growth phase.
– We have already fundraised and cashed in part of our pre-seed round. We are actively working to close the fundraising process and expect to close in Q3 2025, after which this can become a full-time salaried role based on performance.
– You’ll work directly with the Founder & CEO, influence core decisions, and be part of a mission-first team operating across Spain, Kenya, Sweden, and more.
– You’ll gain access to top-tier ecosystems such as Norrsken Barcelona and ESADE, and programs like Google Startups for Sustainable Development and NVIDIA Inception.
