Role Overview: We are seeking a Content Marketing & Community Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our content strategy across various organic channels while fostering a thriving and supportive community for our users. This position plays a crucial role in amplifying our message and ensuring our users feel heard, supported, and engaged throughout their journey with Letterlife.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement content strategies across social media, blog, and other organic channels
· Manage and moderate in-app community content to maintain a positive and supportive environment
· Act as the primary voice of Letterlife across all communication channels
· Create engaging, educational, and empowering content that resonates with our target audience
· Be part of monitoring and respond to user inquiries across all platforms (social media, email, in-app) in a timely manner
· Build and nurture relationships with community members and key stakeholders
· Track and analyze content performance metrics to optimize engagement and growth
· Collaborate with the product team to gather user feedback and insights
· Implement organic growth strategies to expand our user base cost-effectively
Requirements:
· 3+ years of experience in content marketing and/or community management
· Fluent in Swedish and English
· Proven track record of driving engagement and growth through organic channels and infleuncer marketing.
· Strong understanding of social media platforms and content optimization
· Abillity to create engaging content both visually and in text
· Excellence in written and verbal communication
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively with limited resources
· Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
· Empathy and understanding for the needs of neurodiverse individuals
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience working with health tech or wellness apps
· Understanding of ADHD and neurodiversity
· Experience with content management systems and social media management tools
· Knowledge of SEO and/or ASO best practices
